This project focused on designing a decision-tracking solution for teams working in highly regulated industries, where documenting decisions is essential for compliance and auditability. In collaboration with AND Digital, we explored how agile teams record and retrieve key product decisions across tools like Confluence and Jira. Through rapid research, ideation, and testing within a two-week sprint, the resulting concept introduced structured decision cards and searchable records to create a clear audit trail from ideation to delivery.
