This project focused on designing a GenAI framework to support teams working on AI-powered products in regulated environments. The challenge was to enable effective collaboration while ensuring governance, traceability, and compliance throughout the product lifecycle. The resulting framework provided clear structure, shared language, and confidence for teams building with AI.
